For more than thirty years, Mann Eye Institute & Laser Center has provided a full range of ophthalmology procedures and services in Texas. Due to their success, there are now eight vision centers in the Houston/Austin, Texas, corridor.
In 1998, Miller Public Relations initiated a comprehensive marketing campaign for Mann Eye, launching a full range of traditional, digital and social marketing strategies at each of the locations. Headquartered in Arlington, Texas, USMD Prostate Cancer Center provides a comprehensive series of approaches to prostate cancer diagnosis, treatment and management, making them unique not only in the Metroplex, but around the country as well. The physicians at USMD Prostate Cancer Center are among the most experienced in the world. In fact, USMD Prostate Cancer Center is home to one of the world’s largest robotic surgery centers and cryotherapy programs.
MPR was hired in 2009 to assist USMD PCC in its branding, launch and promotion efforts and was specifically tasked to fill the schedule for the radiation treatment vault within 18 months of launch. MPR developed and deployed a full range of public relations, marketing, and communications strategies, and the center’s launch and marketing efforts were so successful, we were able to help the practice reach this goal in half the allotted time. MPR has now been commissioned to create similar business development approaches for a new USMD Cancer Center as well as for doctors involved with their 22 supporting urology practices around the country.
VEC has two offices in Virginia, one in Norfolk, one in Hampton. This dynamic practice offers a complete regimen of treatment options for today’s ophthalmology patient. This practice has been around since 1963 and continues to provide world-class vision care for patients of every age. Miller Public Relations initiated a complete marketing program and public relations campaign for VEC at the beginning of 2009. Our support includes website design, updates and maintenance, broadcast and print media creation, placement and tracking, ghost writing, social networking, search engine optimization, patient and physician referral programs as well as staff training and incentive programs.
Partnering with Virginia Eye Consultant’s phenomenal team of surgeons and clinicians in their marketing efforts is an absolute pleasure. This is a practice that has enjoyed substantial growth and understands the importance of a successful campaign.
Southwest Age Intervention Institute (SAII) and Jacob Rosenstein, M.D., a Dallas and Fort Worth area board-certified neurosurgeon, provide a personalized, evidence-based and results-oriented health program helping middle- to late-aged men and women function optimally in every area of their lives. Their “Age Intervention” protocol includes focus on proper nutrition, supervised exercise and vitamin and nutritional supplementation as well as hormone optimization when medically indicated.
Dr. Rosenstein was formerly associated with Cenegenics®, and in early 2011 asked MPR to assist in new branding, communications and marketing efforts for this new practice, SAII. This campaign is a multifaceted effort involving new logo and marketing support materials development, web design and launch, celebrity endorsements, print and broadcast advertisements and customer lead tracking services. The initial results of the campaign have been fruitful, and we are currently expanding the scope of their media mix.
Surgical Specialists of Charlotte, P.A. (SSC) have been providing Charlotte and surrounding communities with outstanding surgical care for over 30 years. With a team of more than 20 Board Certified surgeons, SSC provides a comprehensive array of general and specialty surgical care at six convenient locations throughout the greater Charlotte area. Miller Public Relations initiated a comprehensive marketing program for SSC at the beginning of 2010. Our support includes a professional, internal marketing package, a complete overhaul of the SSC website and the initiation of a more cohesive print media campaign.
Partnering with the exceptional group of surgeons at SSC has been a highly rewarding endeavor. This practice has benefited significantly from our current marketing campaign and a more professional web and media presence.
ClearNailz offers laser nail fungus removal, a highly effective treatment for a chronic and painful health condition. A joint venture between Alan Ettinger, D.P.M., and Alan Robbins, D.P.M., and based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, ClearNailz is the first healthcare provider in Texas to offer two laser treatments for nail fungus: the Noveon NailLaser and the GenesisPlus. These unique laser technologies attack nail fungus on several fronts and provide clear advantages over traditional treatment methods.
MPR has worked closely with Dr. Ettinger and Dr. Robbins since the middle of 2011 to establish a greater web and print media presence. The ClearNailz website offers a comprehensive breakdown of their treatment options in a straightforward, easy-to-navigate layout, and presented in a clean, modern style. MPR continues to work closely with ClearNailz and hopes to introduce more patients to their revolutionary treatments.
