Cyndi Miller Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Miller was born and raised on the East Coast, predominantly in North Carolina. She attended several Universities before graduating from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. She was a Kindergarten teacher for 8 1/2 years until she decided to pursue other interests. While operating a small business and raising a young family, Cyndi earned an MBA, completing a part-time program in 1989. For several years, as a business consultant, she trained sales staffs, executed finance and accounting programs designed to enhance profitability, and set up better internal and external marketing campaigns for automobile corporations. Her love for her children, a strong passion for entrepreneurial opportunities and her sales abilities drew her back to owning, operating and selling small retail operations. In 1995, having been all over the spectrum in assessing and assisting various businesses, she founded Miller Public Relations. Today, she is considered one of the country’s leading experts in Medical Marketing serving her clients coast to coast. Mrs. Miller has served as a Board Member for several regional hospitals and charitable organizations.

Doug Miller Chief Operations Officer

Upon graduation from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Doug was commissioned a naval officer and served as a U.S. Navy carrier pilot for eight years. He then joined Lockheed Martin and spent over 20 years directing international and domestic marketing and business development efforts for major defense systems. He assisted Cyndi in the start-up and growth of MPR by tailoring multi-billion dollar system sales communications and marketing techniques for point-of-sale and retail application. Upon retirement from Lockheed Martin, Doug joined MPR as the Chief Operations Officer.

Amanda Polk Account Manager / Creative Director

I joined the Miller Public Relations team as an assistant account exec/social media guru in September 2014 after working for almost five years at Texas Motor Speedway. I’m a two-time University of North Texas graduate with a BA in Journalism and a MJ in Strategic Communications.

I am one of those rare, “whole-brained” folks. I’m a writer and a designer; I’m good with numbers and words, and I can strategically plan the pants off of a project. That’s why I play for both sides of the business – the creative and the account – and I love it.

When I’m not working, I’m hanging with my husband and our super sweet Pointer, Auggie. I’m a little obsessed with shoes and really into documentaries, red wine and traveling as much as possible.

Bev Hollingshead Media Controller

After nearly 20 years in the financial services and marketing industries, joining the Miller PR Team has convinced me that it is possible for creativity and analysis to peacefully co-exist in a merged environment. I enjoy tasks that require high detail and some organized traffic control, so this is the perfect job for me! Any challenges that arise are merely “opportunities with an edge” – and as a die-hard Dallas Cowboys’ fan, I am obviously pre-programmed to function with this mind-set.

I take pride in my work, but my joy away from the office is with my wonderful husband, J.J. and our precious daughter, Madelyn. They are the brightest part of every day!

Tammy Adams Lead Copywriter

Always a lover of words well written, I have served as a staff writer, managing editor and then freelance writer for blogs, newspapers, and magazines for more than 20 years. I joined Miller Public Relations in the fall of 2015, after eight happy years of homeschooling. I am a local girl; a proud graduate of Grapevine High School and Texas Christian University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in English.
I am mom to three teen/tween sons. Bless my heart, right? We are always planning our next trip Down Under, where most of my family resides. Our beautiful chocolate lab Glory is everyone’s favorite. The family mascot, we all try to live by Glory’s personal life philosophy, “Wag More, Bark Less, Take Naps Whenever Possible”.

Kylie Coulson Graphic Designer & Photographer

Formally educated in Photography with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from The University of North Texas, I joined the MPR Team in February 2015 as a Graphic Designer – and I love every minute of it. I fell in love with Graphic Design while working for a local photography studio, and haven’t looked back since. I am one of those lucky individuals that can call their job their passion.
Besides design, my favorite things include Radley, my crazy corgi; Andy, my super supportive boyfriend; traveling as much as I can, hiking mountains, working out and basically spending every possible minute outside.

Delaney Owen Social Media Strategist

I took on the role of social media strategist at Miller Public Relations in January of 2016. The cohesive combination of creativity and analysis makes me love social media strategy! Growing up with social media has really sparked my interest in learning about how it is used by other age groups.
Being from the west coast (Newport Beach, CA), I love everything to do with the beach and the culture that comes with it. But Texas has stolen my heart and I have found a true second home!
I have a BS in Strategic Communication from Texas Christian University. I love to travel and a recent trip to Greece was an all-time favorite! New foods (and new shoes) make my heart happy and rooftop patios make my bad days better again.
