Cyndi Miller Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Born and raised on the east coast, I graduated from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. While running a small business and raising a young family, I earned an MBA, completing a part-time program in 1989. I spent several years as a corporate consultant, training sales staffs, executing finance and accounting programs designed to enhance profitability, and setting up better internal and external marketing campaigns.
My love for my children, a strong passion for entrepreneurial opportunities and my natural sales abilities eventually drew me back to business ownership. In 1995, I founded Miller Public Relations, my pride and joy. Today, MPR is considered one of the country’s leading experts in Medical Marketing, serving clients from coast to coast.

Doug Miller Chief Operations Officer

Upon graduation from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, I was commissioned a naval officer and served as a U.S. Navy carrier pilot for eight years. I then joined Lockheed Martin and spent over 30 years directing international and domestic marketing and business development efforts for major defense systems. I assisted Cyndi in the startup and growth of MPR by tailoring multi-billion dollar system sales communications and marketing techniques for point-of-sale and retail application. Upon retirement from Lockheed Martin, I joined MPR as the Chief Financial Officer.

Amanda Polk Account Manager / Creative Director

I joined the Miller Public Relations team in September 2014 after a five-year stent at Texas Motor Speedway. I’m a two-time University of North Texas graduate (go Mean Green!) with a BA in Journalism and a MJ in Strategic Communications. I am a detail-oriented, deadline-meeting problem solver who gets excited about a new project. I am passionate about connecting the dots through top-notch communication strategies across multiple channels, kick-starting campaigns and generating buzz with great content.
When I’m not working, I’m hanging with my husband and our pups (preferably on a patio) or grabbing a glass of wine with girlfriends. I’m a little obsessed with shoes and really into documentaries and traveling as much as possible.

Bev Hollingshead Media Controller

After 20 years of post-collegiate work in the financial services and marketing industries, being part of the Miller PR Team has convinced me that it is possible for creativity and analysis to peacefully co-exist in a merged environment.
As media controller, it is my desire to purchase strategically placed and effective advertising for our clients, and to provide our team with an accurate analysis of our clients’ campaign results. There are never problems – only “challenges” which are simply opportunities with an edge. As an avid, lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, I have had to learn to succeed with that “challenge” mindset!
I take pride in my work, but my joy away from the office is life with my wonderful husband, J.J. and our kind, sweet-spirited daughter, Madelyn. Every day is another day to be grateful and a gift that should not be wasted!

Tammy Adams Lead Copywriter

Always a lover of words well written, I have served as a staff writer, managing editor and freelance writer for blogs, newspapers and magazines for more than 20 years. I joined Miller Public Relations in the fall of 2015, after eight happy years of homeschooling. I am a local girl; a proud graduate of Grapevine High School and Texas Christian University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in English.
I am mom to three teen sons. Bless my heart, right? We are always planning our next trip Down Under, where most of my family resides. Our beautiful chocolate lab Glory is everyone’s favorite. The family mascot, we all try to live by Glory’s personal life philosophy; “Wag More, Bark Less”.

Kylie Coulson Graphic Designer & Photographer

Formally educated in Photography with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from The University of North Texas, I joined the MPR Team in February 2015 as a Graphic Designer – and I love every minute of it. I fell in love with Graphic Design while working for a local photography studio, and haven’t looked back since. I am one of those lucky individuals that can call their job their passion.
Besides design, my favorite things include Radley, my crazy corgi; Andy, my super supportive boyfriend; traveling as much as I can, hiking mountains, working out and basically spending every possible minute outside.

Delaney Owen Social Media Strategist

I took on the role of social media strategist at Miller Public Relations in January of 2016. The cohesive combination of creativity and analysis makes me love social media strategy! Growing up with social media has really sparked my interest in learning about how it is used by other age groups.
Being from the west coast (Newport Beach, CA), I love everything to do with the beach and the culture that comes with it. But Texas has stolen my heart and I have found a true second home!
I have a BS in Strategic Communication from Texas Christian University. I love to travel and a recent trip to Greece was an all-time favorite! New foods (and new shoes) make my heart happy and rooftop patios make my bad days better again.

Luke Vernon Account Manager

I am an account manager at Miller Public Relations. I joined the team in 2016. I’m a proud graduate of Texas Christian University (GO FROGS!!) and rarely miss a TCU football game. I hold a BS in Communication Studies. As a Fort Worth native, I am fluent in all things Cowtown. I also consider myself Forth Worth royalty.
I enjoy the variety that working in account management affords. I love developing relationships and watching campaigns grow from inception to completion, being an integral part of growing our clients’ business.
When not working with my MPR team, I enjoy living in downtown Dallas, patio dwelling with my friends and a fine glass of wine.

Rachel Parmley Account Coordinator

I joined the Miller Public Relations team as an Account Coordinator in October 2016. I am so excited to be able to combine the knowledge I have obtained and apply it to this exciting and fun opportunity!
I am a recent two-time graduate from Howard Payne University with my Bachelor’s in Communications and my Master’s in Business Administration. I’m the type of person that loves to strategize about a topic that I’m super passionate about and then present it to anyone with open ears!
When I have a free moment, I love spending time with my husband. We love doing new things! Whatever it might be! But, on occasion, we enjoy a nice night on the couch, catching up on our current Netflix series while sipping on the night’s concoction!

Matthew Vancil Graphic Designer

I joined up with the MPR team as a graphic designer in September 2016, and have really enjoyed my time here! I find satisfaction when we launch a well designed project that’s gone through intense collaboration and attention to detail, which happens often at MPR!
I’m a graduate from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Radio, Television, and Film. In my spare time, I love spending time with my wife and watching movies! Overall, I am the type of guy who is driven to work with others to accomplish rewarding creative goals.
