Miller Public Relations Presents Ritz-Carlton Leadership Training Seminar

On Saturday, October 20th, more than 60 businessmen and women eagerly gathered at the Hilton in Grapevine, TX for the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Training seminar presented by Miller Public Relations. Attendees enjoyed delicious food, abundant networking opportunities and refreshing discussions led by Diana Oreck, Vice President of the Global Learning and Leadership Center at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

There’s no doubt the ladies and gentlemen in attendance, including the entire Miller Public Relations team, left feeling rejuvenated, inspired and fervent to put the information in action. During the seminar, we were reminded it’s the simple, yet often disregarded behaviors, such as being observant and aware, that escalate service excellence to the highest levels every day. It is as straightforward as being proactive versus reactive, leading by example and valuing each and every team member.

While the concepts seem simple, they are anything but easy. Thankfully, Diana provided a wealth of information on the legendary Ritz-Carlton service and showed us how this can translate to the many facets of a medical practice. Between her leadership and the interaction among the many medical professionals in attendance, we all walked away with a plethora of new opportunities to improve the patient experience and employee culture of our respective businesses.

Due to the success of the event and the expressed interest from all involved, Cyndi Miller, Founder and CEO of Miller Public Relations, is committed to making this an annual seminar series for our clients. One day of intensive training is guaranteed to provide you with the tools to engage your patients and guests, create an experience far beyond satisfactory and generate lifelong customers.
